Crimsonstreaking

Move over, Marvel – I, Crimsonstreak is on its way, and making waves! In just a few days, pre-orders have already passed our goal, and that means that we’ve moved into escalator bonuses. Right now, we’re shooting for $1,000 in pre-orders – if we make it, everyone who plunks down $20 and up will get a bonus grab bag of goodies. And after that…well, we’ve got more cool things planned!

So hop on over to Kickstarter and pre-order, if you haven’t already. And tell a friend! The more people who sign on as early adopters, the more cool stuff everyone gets.

In the meantime, we want to get people buzzing about the book – and that means getting some audience participation going!

It’s time to go Crimsonstreaking.

No, you weirdo, that doesn’t mean running down the street naked. Please. Think of the children!

Instead, we’re asking you to take a picture of yourself posing like the hero, on the novel’s cover – make like you’re running faster than the speed of sound.

Then take that picture and post it online – on Facebook, on your blog, on someone else’s blog, wherever. Drop us a link to it at info AT candlemarkandgleam.com or using this form. We’ll collect all the photos and Matt Adams, author of I, Crimsonstreak, will judge the entries.

Four random entrants will get a digital copy of the novel, and one lucky Crimsonstreaker – the person with the best photo op – will win a paperback copy, plus a goodie bag of stuff relating to the book!

You can earn extra bonus points by tweeting or posting about the contest, and sharing the I, Crimsonstreak love around – the more you tell other folks about the book, the better your chances of winning! And, of course, the most creative Crimsonstreaker gets the big prize pack!

You have until May 5 to enter, so get runnin’!

Matt has helpfully put together a Visual Guide to Crimsonstreaking, too, to help you get started.
